Description: Limestone, 14 x 13.5 cm. One side with eight lines in black ink. Damaged; broken on all sides. The ink is at several spots almost too faint to read; in line 4 perhaps wDA.t is written in red ink. Correction by the scribe in lines 1 and 4.

Dating, Contents: the yeardate in line 1 is damaged; traces are missing above what Černý transcribed as '10' and to the left of what he transcribed as '2', while noting that there is no room for a fourth stroke, suggesting that instead of reading '12' one may perhaps read '33'.
