Remarks: Provenance: bought at the auction of the Robert J. Hay collection in 1868 by C. Granville Way and in 1872 donated by his son to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Ryholt incorrectly states that the High Priest of Amun did not play a role in the workmen's community and therefore assumes the ostracon to derive from another Theban source than Deir el-Medina. Contents: Ryholt translates: "... who will place us above", but this seems unlikely. For a similar oracle question see O. IFAO 0849.
