Description: Limestone, 9 x 19 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink; obverse 5 lines, reverse 4 lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged; broken off at left edge and bottom of obverse, surface slightly effaced and chipped off; on reverse middle part of line 1 chipped off, beginnings and ends of lines 2-4 lost.
