Description: Limestone, 31 x 14 cm. Inscribed probably in black ink on two sides, obverse 24 lines (numbered 7-30 by Kitchen), reverse 21 lines, and one line added underneath the end of reverse 3 (numbered 3a). Damaged: middle and end of obverse 23 effaced, middle of reverse 3a effaced, ends of reverse 3, 6, 15 lost.
