Description: Limestone block, 11 x 30 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink and the last three signs on side I in red ink, side I (short side) 5 lines, remains of 3 horizontal lines with numerals and a vertical column of hieroglyphs to the right of side I 1-2, side II (long side) 3 lines. Top side I = top side II. Palimpsest: some deleted signs under the writing at the end of side I 3. Damaged: beginnings of the numerals placed to the right of side I 1-2 lost(?), beginning of side I 4 lost, ends of side I 1, 2, 4 effaced, middle and ends of side II 1-3 lost.
