Description: Limestone, 9 x 7 cms. Damaged (two pieces). Two sides. Obverse: 12 lines in black ink, reverse: 8 lines in black ink. The right edge of obverse has broken off causing loss of writing; of l. 11-12 only traces remain. Lines on reverse are correspondingly damaged at their endings. Correction by the scribe in obverse, 3; strike-through by scribe in obverse, 9.
