Description: Limestone, 18 x 15.2 cm. Inscribed on one side in black ink which partly has become pale,12 lines; line 12 to the left of lines 1 and 2. Damaged: beginnings of lines 1, 7-11 lost, slight loss at end of line 1, slight loss at beginning of Iine 2, top and end of line 12 lost.
