Description: Limestone, 22 x 10 cm. Very pale black ink, obverse 15 lines, reverse 16 lines, edge 7 or 8 lines (first 6 of which numbered reverse 17-22), top obverse = top reverse = bottom of text on edge. Damaged; beginning of obv. 5 lost, ends of obv. 8-10, rev. 3, 5, 7 and 11 lost, only traces of rev. 1.
