Description: Limestone, 8 x 8.7 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 7 lines (numbered x+1-7 by editor), reverse 5 lines. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: beginnings of obverse x+1-2, 5-7 lost, ends of obverse x+1-7 lost, beginning of reverse 4 effaced, ends of reverse 1-5 lost(?), unknown number of lines might be lost at top and bottom; see Remarks.
