Description: Limestone, 23.5 x 14.2 cms. Damaged. Two sides. Obverse: eleven lines in black ink. Reverse: one sign in black in and faint traces in red ink. On obverse the beginnings of lines 1 to 3 are missing or partly preserved on the Leipzig fragment; lines 7 and 9 are partly effaced and lines 10 and 11 almost completely. On reverse the few remaining signs are faint.

Date(s) mentioned: the date on the Leipzig frg. is not easy to explain in correlation to the rest of the text. Date(s) attributed: Kitchen's dating most probably in view of the year number '19'.
