Description: Limestone, 19.5 x 18.8 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 8 vertical columns with hieroglyphs, and some verse points in red ink, reverse 3 lines perpendicular to a drawing in black ink of a standing man in the pose of adoration. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: beginnings and ends of obverse 1-8 lost, beginnigs of reverse 1, 3 lost, ends of reverse 1-3 lost.
