Description: Limestone, 11 x 14 cm. Inscribed on two sides in red ink, obverse 9 lines, reverse 2 lines of large characters. Palimpsest: an effaced old text on reverse. Damaged: ends of obverse 1-3 lost, end of obverse 8 effaced, beginnings of obverse 7-9 effaced. Correction by scribe in obv. 2; see Remarks.
