Description: Papyrus sheet, 23 x 19.5 cm. Complete. Palimpsest. Recto H/V, verso V/H. Top recto = bottom verso. In black ink 10 lines on the recto and 7 lines (including address) on the verso. Many breaks, mostly along the folds, have caused some loss of writing in several places. Address at the bottom of the verso.

Contents: A letter from the second prophet of Amon-Re 1oA-nfr to the necropolis scribe 7ry (who is in Thebes), asking him to pray for his safe return home and to write him a letter. This is followed by a similar communication from the general's servant Pn-Hr-Sfy.t. See Remarks.
