Description: Papyrus sheet, 9.5 x 21 cm. Complete. Broken into 7 narrow strips. Seems palimpsest. Recto V/H, verso H/V. Top recto = bottom verso. In black ink 6 lines of writing on the recto and 3 lines (including address) on the verso. The address is written upside down in respect to the text of the verso.

Contents: On his mission to the south the necropolis scribe 9Hwty-ms writes to the guardian of the necropolis Kr, asking him to take care of the lady 5d-m-dwA.t and her children, and to pray to Amon to bring him back safely from the wild country where he dwells. A further communication to the lady 6Ay=w-Hnw.t consists of polite phrases only.
