Description: Papyrus, 11.3 x 13 cm. Black ink; recto 2 columns with margin above: recto I 3 lines, recto II 3 lines; verso 3 lines with margin above. Top recto = top verso. Handwriting possibly the same as P. Florence 10066 b. Damaged; beginning of recto I 2 lost, ends of all lines of recto II and verso lost. Only traces of recto I 1 and 3. Unknown number of lines lost beneath recto I 3, recto II 3 and verso 3.
