When three archaeologists open an Ancient Egyptian tomb, they find an ancient king mummified but still alive after 4,000 years. In a panic one of the team shoots the mummy in the sarcophagus -- dead. Next to the body they find bottle with a fluid that they believe made it possible for the king to survive for so long. A fight erupts over who is to have this fluid, during which two get killed and only one archaeologist remains. However, by touching the bottle they have activated a curse that reseals the tomb...

Episode from the anthology science fiction series "Tales of Tomorrow" that ran ABC from 1951 to 1953 for 85 episodes. The episodes featured guest performances by manous famous stars, among others horror and mummy legends Boris Karloff and Lon Chaney Jr.
