Dr. Manx is an archaeologist and expert in Egyptian artifacts. A prize statuette that was in his possession has just been stolen and replaced with a valueless replica. It is up to detective Michael Shayne to find out what happened.

Episode 21 from the 1960's television series "Michael Shayne" based on the private detective character created in the 1930s by writer Brett Halliday. The series ran for 32 episodes between 1961 and 1962.
