An extinct crocodile from the Eocene which resembles the Egyptian god Ammut comes through an anomaly in the British Museum and escapes into the city to wreak havoc. The heroes of the series, Cutter, Abby and Connor, track it down and send it back to its home era with the help of the museum's smart and sexy Egyptologist Sarah Page.

Episode from the British science fiction television series "Primeval", which follows a team of five scientists tasked with investigating the appearance of temporal anomalies across Great Britain and containing prehistoric and futuristic creatures which enter the present. The series ran for 3 seasons and 23 episodes between 2007 and 2009. New episodes are planned for 2011. Large parts of the current episode were actually filmed on location in the British Museum.
